The project satisfies the Town of Truckee Inclusionary Housing Requirement (15%) that was required for the Master Plan project approval. Fifty percent of the units are 1-bedroom and 50% are 2-bedroom.

Funding

Coldstream Commons Income Caps
The income cap for the units is 60% of area median income for Nevada County. Nine of the units are restricted for those with special abilities, funded by Housing and Urban Development 811 funds.
